Tarot Readings

Entertainment–customized for your clients, attendees, or guests, can absolutely improve conference draw, linger time at trade shows, and networking success. The right experience makes approaching strangers significantly easier.

Handy Entertainment can brand and customize each activation. Customization aligns client experiences with their objectives and audience.

We travel for events and produce events nationally and outside the U.S.

Whether or not we are able to accommodate your event depends on performer availability.

We are not Disney, nor do we have a cast of millions. (We are really picky about our people!)

That means if you would like to work with us, we encourage you to reserve your date and talent as soon as possible.

There is no additional travel expense for events within a 60-mile range of Atlanta. We add travel allowances for events requiring travel of more than 60 miles from Atlanta and also for holidays. In general, if your event is within a 300-mile range, we can drive.

If your event is more than 300 miles from Atlanta, we calculate whichever are applicable: travel, accommodations, per diem, and/or airfare for entertainers and any other staff you require.

Most clients prefer a single, bottom-line quote with all costs built into it, but we can line-item upon request.

Corporate clients find we are a cost-effective solution for their needs. Particularly the savvy ones who book in advance. That helps us contract talent and lock in accommodations and travel at the lowest rates.

Clients book Handy Entertainment because they want to hire interactive entertainment that gives them:

• strategic solutions
• customized interactions
• professional talent
• logistical expertise
• measurable engagement
• risk mitigation (we are licensed and insured)
• memorable guest experiences

We set our rates based on:

• type of talent/act
• Number of entertainers
• Props/Decor
• location
• date
• duration
• time block

Some other factors that influence our rates are based on what is most important for you. Those could be:

• take-aways
• budget
• number of attendee interactions
• novelty
• specialty skills, for example, American Sign Language

It could be something entirely different. What do you need to achieve that?

• We ask about your venue because the scope of what you need is different for a hotel compared to a private residence or an outdoor space.
• Do you want all 1825 or 350 guests, for example, to interact with entertainers?
• Is there a presentation or a seated meal in between?
• Do you have decor or will we be providing it?
• Is it necessary to load in two or more hours before set time (to avoid interrupting a ceremony, for example)?

These are simple, but important questions for us to create what you want.

We are happy to adapt acts to fit different budgets.
