Our entertainment is appropriate for different cultures.

We are always appropriate. On top of that, we are very proud to work with people from different backgrounds and heritages.

Serving clients from all walks of life, socio-economic backgrounds, races, nationalities, religious beliefs, gender identities, and abilities is a privilege and we take it seriously.

Our Team is trained in multicultural competence. That means they are aware of, and take into consideration, your guests’ needs in terms of language, gender, cultural or religious needs (physical proximity, touch, gender biases), accommodations needed (hearing, vision, or mobility, for ex.)

This is important because it reduces stress for the host(s) and helps attendees feel welcome and at ease.

Handy Entertainment is insured and licensed.

We are registered as a corporate entity with the State of Georgia, and have an occupational license with the City of Chamblee.

We have liability insurance (and can provide your venue with a third-party Certificate of Insurance).

Handy Entertainment has an SBA-recognized Woman Owned Small Business certification by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

We set our rates based on:

• type of talent/act
• Number of entertainers
• Props/Decor
• location
• date
• duration
• time block

Some other factors that influence our rates are based on what is most important for you. Those could be:

• take-aways
• budget
• number of attendee interactions
• novelty
• specialty skills, for example, American Sign Language

It could be something entirely different. What do you need to achieve that?

• We ask about your venue because the scope of what you need is different for a hotel compared to a private residence or an outdoor space.
• Do you want all 1825 or 350 guests, for example, to interact with entertainers?
• Is there a presentation or a seated meal in between?
• Do you have decor or will we be providing it?
• Is it necessary to load in two or more hours before set time (to avoid interrupting a ceremony, for example)?

These are simple, but important questions for us to create what you want.

We are happy to adapt acts to fit different budgets.

Use different acts simultaneously or stagger them through your event. Our team can meet, explain, coddle, help, and prep your attendees.

Our Fortune Tent gives you the option of creating a cozy, defined space-within-a-space.

Your venue is the primary factor in determining the style of your event. In addition to catering, decor, props, and furniture, entertainment will define and enhance your venue. Build a central entertainment hub, a station, have us stroll, or even ‘table-hop.’

Professional event organizers frequently use entertainers to enhance the ‘flow’ of their events.

We can subtly (or very clearly) move guests from an over-crowded area to an overlooked area of your venue. Maximize the value of your venue by shaping guest flow to use different areas at different times with entertainers.
