| We did it! We got unstuck! Not that we were happy about the passenger inconveniences, but the recent airport snafus gave us an entree to pitch some of the best and the brightest airports around the country. What did we do? Nope. We didn’t predict departure, arrival, or security wait times, but gave a slam dunk to those experiencing the waiting game with grace. Airlines hired us to reward those passengers who, despite the uncertainty, retained their sense of decency and humor! How did it work? It was SOOOO simple! Each enrolled airline purchased ‘Fight or Flight’ vouchers from us for their passengers. They then distributed them to deserving passengers. (We are so down with that—catching people being good!) The airlines had several different activations (entertainment services) to choose from, available time blocks, and formats, like roaming, stationary, pop ups and surprises. It was a blast! |
