Make it cool—use decor elements, uplighting, live plants, and cozy furniture to create an inviting space.
Plan ahead: Create a detailed schedule for the evening, including activities, food, and breaks. This will help keep things organized and ensure everyone has a great time.
Set ground rules: Establish clear rules for the lock-in, for example—no leaving the premises without permission, no alcohol or drugs, and respecting others.

(Psst!) Do yourself a favor and scout your venue’s nooks and crannies ahead of time, then either monitor them closely or light them up.
