I said, “Make sure the contractor is licensed and insured.” I told her to contact RECENT clients (verifying that the names and addresses checked out).  “Get copies of licenses and insurance certificates of coverage before hiring anyone,” I warned. Traditions! What are yours? I don’t know about you, but when I throw a party, or have an event, it’s about sharing what I love and showing my guests how much they mean to me.
