We travel for events and produce events nationally and outside the U.S.

Whether or not we are able to accommodate your event depends on performer availability.

We are not Disney, nor do we have a cast of millions. (We are really picky about our people!)

That means if you would like to work with us, we encourage you to reserve your date and talent as soon as possible.

There is no additional travel expense for events within a 60-mile range of Atlanta. We add travel allowances for events requiring travel of more than 60 miles from Atlanta and also for holidays. In general, if your event is within a 300-mile range, we can drive.

If your event is more than 300 miles from Atlanta, we calculate whichever are applicable: travel, accommodations, per diem, and/or airfare for entertainers and any other staff you require.

Most clients prefer a single, bottom-line quote with all costs built into it, but we can line-item upon request.

Corporate clients find we are a cost-effective solution for their needs. Particularly the savvy ones who book in advance. That helps us contract talent and lock in accommodations and travel at the lowest rates.

How we work at large events is different for each event.

Some of the factors that determine what we’ll propose for your event are:

Use different acts simultaneously or stagger them through your event. Our team can meet, explain, coddle, help, and prep your attendees.

Our Fortune Tent gives you the option of creating a cozy, defined space-within-a-space.

Your venue is the primary factor in determining the style of your event. In addition to catering, decor, props, and furniture, entertainment will define and enhance your venue. Build a central entertainment hub, a station, have us stroll, or even ‘table-hop.’

Professional event organizers frequently use entertainers to enhance the ‘flow’ of their events.

We can subtly (or very clearly) move guests from an over-crowded area to an overlooked area of your venue. Maximize the value of your venue by shaping guest flow to use different areas at different times with entertainers.

We can interact with approximately ~20-70 guests per hour for activations like Handwriting Analysis, Lip Print Analysis, and Tarot Card Readings depending on the type of entertainment, type of attendees, venue, and your goals.

Why is their such a difference in number of guests served?

Using pre-printed messages, distributed by Zoltar in the Zoltar Fortune Teller Booth, for example, allows you to rapidly distribute messages.

But this reduces the amount time that each guest has to interact with our talent.

Interactions can be as long or as short as you want. We can work with up to ~70 people per hour, per entertainer. Those are quick interactions and can serve a specifice event purpose.

For more personalized and meaningful guest interactions, you should figure approximately 3-10 minutes per guest, per entertainer. We can make that happen for ~15-20 guests per entertainer, per hour.

Our trained Assistant/Facilitators help explain, prep, and answer your guests’ questions. This expedites the process and elevates the event. Our sweet spot is focused on serving 100-800 guests.

We can scale up for up to 1,500 attendees, and more.
